Straight answers before you get started.
The platform is being built to keep the business model, guest experience and operational controls easy to understand.
Is the platform only for campgrounds? +
No. The resource model is intentionally generic. A resource can represent a campsite, room, vehicle, boat slip, appointment capacity, venue or another bookable unit.
Who receives guest card payments? +
The business does. The payment architecture is designed so each business connects its own Stripe account and guest revenue is paid to that business.
How does the $2.49 CAD platform fee work? +
The current core rule is $2.49 CAD for each reservation that reaches Completed status. It is business-side SaaS billing and is never inserted into the guest folio.
Can different staff members have different access? +
Yes. Roles and permissions can limit access by module and by location, so front desk, accounting, managers and owners can have different capabilities.
Does it support French Canadian? +
Yes. English and French Canadian are first-class languages for the platform, and document templates can also be maintained in both languages.
Can required documents block check-in? +
Yes. A template can be marked required before check-in. The rule is enforced by the reservation engine itself, not only by a visual warning.
