Guest payments stay separate
Guest reservation revenue is designed to go directly to the business through its connected Stripe account. The $2.49 SaaS fee is business-side billing and is not added to the guest folio.
Processor fees are separate
Card-processing fees charged by providers such as Stripe are separate from the platform fee and follow the business's payment-provider agreement.
